Method For Preparing 200 Litres Nitrobenzene Emulsions:-
- Take 40 litres nitrobenzene in open plastic drum.
- Add 8 kg ac-2010 emulsifier in drum and fill up the drum with 160 litres of water.
- With the use of a stirrer, stir for 10 to 15 minutes; you will get thick stable, milky white emulsion.
- For batches of larger quantity you can prepare emulsion as per the above proportion.

- The ultimate product is off-white to yellow colored emulsion, when you make nitrobenzene emulsion with technical yellow colored nitrobenzene. If you make use of almost colorless nitrobenzene technical (hoc), then you will get milky-white emulsion. And with the use of ac-2010, you will get milky-white emulsion in both the cases.
